Welcome to Voxbee, an AI-powered dubbing, translation, and voice content creation platform (“Platform”) operated by Xccelerated AI, a company registered in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Voxbee’s services across web and mobile platforms, including features such as Direct Dub, Dub Studio, Lip Sync, Text to Speech, and Video Captions. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookies Policy. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Platform.
2. Definitions
- User: Any individual or entity using Voxbee, including free trial users, subscribers to Jumpstart, Buzz Mode, Boss Up, or Vox Elite tiers, or other authorized users.
- Platform: Collectively, the Voxbee web and mobile applications (www.voxbee.ai).
- Services: AI-powered features including dubbing (Direct Dub), advanced video editing (Dub Studio), lip synchronization (Lip Sync), text-to-speech (Text to Speech), video captions (Video Captions), and related offerings.
- Credits: Virtual currency used to access premium Services, allocated based on subscription tier.
- Content: Any data, video, audio, images, text, or other materials submitted or created by Users on the Platform.
3. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using Voxbee’s Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, and any other guidelines or policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any updates to these Terms.
4. Account Creation and User Responsibilities
- Registration: Users must register with a valid email address or approved third-party authentication (e.g., Google). You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and promptly update any changes.
- Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password, login credentials, and two-factor authentication (2FA) details. Do not share your account details with others.
- Unauthorized Access: You must promptly notify us at [email protected] of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach.
- Eligibility: You must be at least 16 years old (or 13 in jurisdictions like the US under COPPA) to use the Platform. Users under 18 must have parental consent.
5. Subscription, Payments, and Billing
- Subscription Tiers: Voxbee offers a free trial (30 days) and paid subscription tiers: Jumpstart ($15/month), Buzz Mode ($50/month), Boss Up ($95/month), and Vox Elite (custom pricing). Voxbee reserves the right to change these subscription tiers and their charges.
- Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely via Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and, for Vox Elite, bank transfers. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service and authorize recurring payments.
- Billing Cycle: Subscriptions automatically renew monthly or yearly (based on your selection) unless canceled before the renewal date. Billing is prorated for upgrades/downgrades, with charges adjusted in the next billing cycle.
- Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we may retry the charge up to three times within 7 days. Failure to resolve payment issues may result in suspension of Services until payment is received.
- Taxes: All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g., VAT, GST), which may be added based on your jurisdiction.
6. Credits and Service Usage
- Credits Allocation: Credits are allocated monthly based on your subscription tier (Jumpstart, Buzz Mode, Boss Up, or Vox Elite). Credit usage rates are clearly displayed in the Platform:
- Direct Dub: Varies by voice type and duration.
- Dub Studio: Varies by editing complexity and duration.
- Lip Sync: Varies by video length and processing requirements.
- Text to Speech: Fixed rates per voice and word count.
- Video Captions: Fixed rates per language and duration.
- Credit Rollover and Expiry: Unused credits may roll over subject to tier-specific limits (e.g., up to 50% of monthly allocation) and expire after 30 days unless otherwise specified in your subscription plan.
- Usage Limits: Exceeding credit limits requires purchasing additional credits or upgrading your subscription tier.
7. Subscription Cancellation, Refunds, and Billing Disputes
- Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which Services will terminate. No partial-month credits or refunds are provided.
- No Refund Policy: All payments to Xccelerated AI for Voxbee Services are non-refundable, including:
- Subscription fees (Jumpstart, Buzz Mode, Boss Up, Vox Elite, monthly or yearly).
- Purchased credits, whether used or expired.
- Payments for premium features (e.g., Direct Dub, Voice Cloning) or Services, even if unused.
By subscribing or purchasing credits, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy. No refunds or credits are provided for:- Partially used billing cycles.
- Unused or expired credits.
- Cancellations during an active subscription period.
- Downgrades to a lower tier or free trial expirations.
- Billing Disputes: Disputes regarding charges must be reported to [email protected] within 15 days of the transaction date. We will investigate and respond within 7 business days, working with Stripe to resolve technical or billing discrepancies. Xccelerated AI is not obligated to provide refunds but may offer credits at our sole discretion. Chargebacks initiated via Stripe or your bank are subject to Stripe’s dispute resolution process, and you agree to cooperate fully. Xccelerated AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for frivolous or fraudulent chargebacks.
- Stripe Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback with Stripe, you acknowledge that Xccelerated AI may contest the chargeback, and you are responsible for any associated fees or penalties imposed by Stripe.
8. User Content and Intellectual Property
- Ownership: You retain ownership of all original Content you upload to the Platform (e.g., videos, audio, text).
- License to Xccelerated AI: By uploading Content, you grant Xccelerated AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, store, and use your Content solely to provide and improve Voxbee’s Services (e.g., dubbing, lip syncing, captioning). This license terminates when you delete your Content or account, subject to retention for legal compliance.
- User Representations: You represent and warrant that your Content does not infringe third-party copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other intellectual property rights. You are solely responsible for obtaining necessary permissions for uploaded Content.
- Content Removal: Xccelerated AI may remove Content that violates these Terms or third-party rights without prior notice.
9. Voice Cloning and AI Marketplace
- Voice Cloning: Users creating AI-generated voices (“Cloned Voices”) must comply with Voxbee’s ethical usage guidelines, available at www.voxbee.ai/ethical-guidelines. You warrant that you have explicit permission from the voice owner or legal rights to clone any voice submitted.
- AI Marketplace: Cloned Voices listed for sale or licensing in the Voxbee AI Marketplace must include clear licensing terms, usage restrictions, and pricing. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and obtaining necessary consents.
- Liability: Xccelerated AI is not liable for disputes arising from Cloned Voices or Marketplace transactions, including intellectual property or privacy claims.
10. Data Privacy and Compliance
- Compliance: Xccelerated AI complies with the DIFC DPL 2020, GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, and other applicable data protection laws. Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- User Rights: Under DIFC DPL (Article 14) and GDPR (Articles 15-22), you have the right to:
- Access your personal data.
- Rectify inaccurate data.
- Erase non-essential data.
- Restrict processing.
- Request data portability.
- Object to processing for marketing or analytics.

12. User Conduct and Restrictions
Users must not:
- Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
- Attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or interference with the Platform’s functionality.
- Misuse credits or Services (e.g., excessive or fraudulent usage).
- Clone voices without explicit permission from the original voice owner.
- Upload Content that is defamatory, obscene, or violates third-party rights. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
13. Termination and Suspension
- By Xccelerated AI: We may suspend or terminate your account without notice for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or suspected fraudulent activity. Upon termination, access to Services ceases, and data is retained only as required for legal compliance (e.g., DIFC DPL retention periods) before secure deletion.
- By User: You may terminate your account via account settings, subject to the No Refund Policy.
- Effect of Termination: Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations for the current billing cycle or liability for prior use.
14. Third-Party Integrations and APIs
- Third-Party Services: Voxbee integrates with third-party services (e.g., Stripe for payments, Amplitude for analytics, Google for authentication). Use of these services is governed by their respective terms:

- APIs: API access is subject to separate API terms, available at www.voxbee.ai/api-terms. Xccelerated AI is not liable for disruptions caused by third-party services.
15. Analytics, Tracking, and User Activity
Voxbee uses Google Analytics, Amplitude, and internal tools to track user activity (e.g., video creations, feature usage) to optimize the Platform. By accepting our Cookies Policy, you consent to analytics tracking, which you can manage via cookie settings.
16. Security Measures
Xccelerated AI implements industry-standard security practices, including encryption, secure protocols, regular audits, and multi-factor authentication (MFA). You must notify us immediately at [email protected] of any security breaches or vulnerabilities.
17. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- As-Is Services: Voxbee is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted access.
- Limitation of Liability: Xccelerated AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., loss of data, profits) arising from Platform use.
- Stripe Payments: Xccelerated AI is not liable for payment processing errors, fraud, or chargebacks handled by Stripe, except as required by law.
18. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Xccelerated AI, its affiliates, and employees harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of Services, or violation of third-party rights (e.g., intellectual property, privacy).
19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the DIFC, Dubai, UAE, without regard to conflict of law principles.
- Dispute Resolution: Disputes must first be addressed informally by contacting [email protected]. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration at the DIFC-LCIA Arbitration Centre, conducted in English under DIFC-LCIA Arbitration Rules. Arbitration decisions are final and enforceable in DIFC courts.
- Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class or collective action.
20. Modifications to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified via email or prominent Platform notifications at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
